founder shawn harrison is dedicated to supporting the health of our community . in addition to 20+ years practicing, studying and teaching yoga and meditation, shawn has a b.s. in human development from vanderbilt university and is trained in the science-backed and evidence-based Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction through brown university . she is also a certified Ayurvedic Counselor.
